Fishing Report 3/22/2016
Fishing is picking up in Salmon River with a lot of fish dropping back and still lots of fish on the spawn.
I fished with Joe and James 2 days. The first day we landed 3 on egg sacs and 1 on plug. The second day we lost count on how many we landed on plugs and lost 4 or 5 more.
Hatchery has thousands of Steelhead in it. They been tracking eggs, so looks like we will have great fishing for weeks to come.
Also, on nice days when lake is calm enough Brown trout fishing in shallow water is good as well.
So call and reserve prime spot in Salmon River fishing.
