Hi folks

After some time and crazy epidemic I think we all want enjoy outdoor little bit more. Fishing on lake is great last couple weeks. Fish getting closer to river in very nice numbers.

While I am not publishing much here you may always check my Facebook page @SalmonRiverGuide or @dan.peschler which is updated more often.

So hurry, reserve spot in prime season as soon you can.

Fishing is picking up in Salmon River with a lot of fish dropping back and still lots of fish on the spawn.

I fished with Joe and James 2 days. The first day we landed 3 on egg sacs and 1 on plug. The second day we lost count on how many we landed on plugs and lost 4 or 5 more.

Hatchery has thousands of Steelhead in it. They been tracking eggs, so looks like we will have great fishing for weeks to come.

Also, on nice days when lake is calm enough Brown trout fishing in shallow water is good as well.

So call and reserve prime spot in Salmon River fishing.

Spring is coming and prime time for Steelhead and trout fishing is here. Fishing is not easy when you do not know where to go and what to do. But there is always place without fishing pressure and good/excellent biting which I can help you with. I am on river, tributaries (even in Oswego) when I am guiding or not so you can bet I know what is going on…

Hey everybody. Sorry I didn’t connect with you for some time. Fishing was good in December and January thanks to mild weather. Tried different places with nice success so call for reservation.

Fishing improve since week before Thanksgiving and biting is good. Landing fair number of Steelheads and Brown trout daily. Maybe nonseasonal good weather making fish biting. It helping to enjoy fishing for sure!

Hello all

Salmon is gone and trout fishing started. There is not much to talk about every day because fishing is good until May. Obviously, weather and water condition may play role. Give me ring for advise where is right time to come.

In meantime, I am catching some Steelheads and Browns on Salmon River and around on smaller streams. Come to try.

Hi all.

I am back after long time. Salmon fishing still in full swing and fish is spread thru whole river. You need work to hook fish and even more to land it compare to some previous years.

Either way, fish is everywhere including small streams. Even better news is Steelhead start showing up in bigger numbers.
